The key is continuous learning and practicing. Let's start with the negative emotion of anger, since anger is easier to perceive than other negative emotions. When you feel angry, immediately use the previously mentioned 1: 2 breathing method to ease your emotions; you may also do it afterwards if you regret being angry. Everyone has their own consciousness. The function of consciousness is that we can think, judge, and feel every day. Emotions are said to be a relatively strong conscious response. To understand how emotions are developed, we must first understand how consciousness works. Consciousness controls five entrances and two exits. The five entrances are the eyes to see, the ears to hear, the nose to smell, the tongue to taste, and the body to touch and feel. The two exits are speech and body movements. The accumulation of similar experiences will form the conscious habit and emotional response. For example, I run into a well-known friend and know who he is immediately without really having to think because there are a lot of experiences about interacting with this friend in my subconscious.  According to these experiences, I might like or dislike him...

Since we were young, we have been taught to be better than others, to be outstanding, to have higher grades than others, to have more talents than others, and to win in sports. Everything is self-centered and selfish. Then we wanted our next generation to become somebody, so we teach our next generation as we were taught, then the next generation and so on. What we are fighting for is the highest score in the negative energy world - pride and corn. Because of this, we are trapped in the negative energy world, suffe...

Your physical examination report saying that the blood sugar was...
